Our process:

1. We set up a video conference to review  mapping and planning information related to the project.

2. We prepare an initial "scope of work” bid and follow up with a site visit if the scope of work is suitable.

• Fire prevention plans

• Fire prevention plan implementation.

• Fire suppression module coordination .

• Work site Fuels mitigation assessments.

• Fire equipment and staffing coordination.

• Fire suppression plans and protocol.

• Fire communications, terminology, dispatch and notification procedures & coordination.

3. We finalize our risk assessment and management plan, including providing suggested fire prevention and suppression equipment that will be on standby during all phases of the project.

4. Once we are under contract, we will dispatch our team of experienced wildland firefighters & equipment  to the work sites to provide initial attack services including overseeing all evacuation plans and communications with responding fire suppression resources.

5. Our team will work with the contractors throughout the project and will adapt the fire prevention and suppression plan as the project progresses.  This is will ensure there are no construction delays due to lack of wildland fire planning and readiness.

6. We also provide stand by medical and rescue services.
